Fill out the application below. We read every one personally. No bots, no auto-replies.

Fit call
If we see a fit, we book a 20-30 minute call to talk through your audience, your goals, and how we work together. This is a two-way fit — we want it to be right for both sides.

Onboard
You get your portal login, referral link, payout setup, and the assets you need to start. We onboard small cohorts at a time so the experience stays high-touch.

Earn
Send people our way. We do right by them. You get paid — clean, quarterly, no games.

The form is short on purpose. Tell us who you are, who you reach, and why this program. If you have a website, drop it in — it usually tells us more than any answer can.
Common questions
How much can I earn?
Commission rates vary by tier and what your clients buy. Expect mid-to-high-teens percentage on first engagements with reduced rates on renewals. We will walk through the exact structure on the fit call.
How are payouts handled?
Through Stripe Connect — same backbone we use for every financial flow. Direct deposit, clean records, automated tax forms at year end. No spreadsheets, no chasing.
How often do you onboard?
Quarterly cohorts. Small groups so we can pay real attention to each rep. If you apply between cohorts you go on the wait list and we reach out when the next one opens.
Do I need to be a coach to apply?
No. We work with creators, community builders, gym owners, retreat hosts, and other operators who serve a wellness-minded audience. The bar is credibility and care, not credentials.
